We've gathered some of the most exciting producers in the state and we're pouring them the way they deserve to be drunk. No stage. No slideshow. No winemaker telling you what to think. Just pour, sip, wander and discover.

This is a wine bar experience, not a wine event. There are no presentations. No winemakers at a lectern telling you what to think. You book your preferred start time, arrive, and take the journey at your own pace.
Three years ago we made a change that transformed the night. We separated the ticket from the wine, covering the food only - so you can choose your own adventure in the glass. A wine pairing if you'd like one or free reign across a very extensive bottle chalkboard of well-cellared Victorian wine. It worked beautifully. More great bottles were opened. More discovery happened. We're doing exactly the same again.
The list already includes aged Giaconda, Mount Mary, Jasper Hill, Bindi, Giant Steps, Wantirna Estate and more still to come.
How the Night Works:
Born from a resolve to shine a genuine light on Victorian wine and food, this event has become one of the most anticipated nights on our calendar.
As a team we've spent time on the road visiting key producers across the state, hearing their stories, walking their land and tasting their wines.
What we found was extraordinary. Quality exceptionally high. A shared ethos among these growers and makers to adapt, evolve and push further.
On visit after visit the wines outstripped our expectations. Older vintages revealed the true potential of these bottles as they age, the maturing stylistic choices, the vine age, the quiet confidence of wine that has had time to become itself.
That set us on a mission.
